Marco Scotti
Marco Scotti is a Post-doctoral Fellow at Università Iuav di Venezia. PhD in History of Art, he has been a Research Fellow and Post-graduate researcher at CSAC, University of Parma. His research has recently focused on the Italian art of the late twentieth century, on the history of design, on digital humanities and archives and on the history of advertising and graphic design. He is adjunct professor at the University of Parma, where he holds the History of Contemporary Art Workshop, and he has taught a course of video game screen writing at the Accademia Santa Giulia, Brescia. He works as a curator at CSAC University of Parma and he has curated exhibitions at Fondazione Cirulli, MSU Zagreb, MAXXI Rome and Galleria Niccoli Parma, among others. He founded, together with Elisabetta Modena, the digital museum MoRE www.moremuseeum.org, an archive dedicated to unrealized contemporary art projects. In the field of communication he has collaborated with institutions such as Fondazione Modena Arti Visive, Fondazione Cirulli, CSAC Parma, Novara Jazz. He is part of the editorial staff for the on-line journals “Venezia Arti” and “Ricerche di S/Confine”, and he collaborates with the magazine “Zero”.
