H.H. Lim was born in Malaysia and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. Since 1976 he has been living and working between Rome and Penang. He is the founder and organizer of the exhibition space Edicola Notte, which has been one of the most dynamic and proactive realities in the capital since 1990. He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions: Oltre.
